Ingredients
  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 150 g Pork bellyFresh
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Carrot60 g
  • 1 rib Celery60 g
  • Red wineGood quality
  • 200 g Tomato passataOr tomato pulp
  • 1 tbsp Tomato pasteTriple concentrated
  • Whole milk(optional)To temper acidity
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Beef brothOr veggie broth

    Heat olive oil in a cast iron pot.

    Add pork belly and brown it.

    Add onion, carrot, and celery. Cook until soft.

    Add ground beef and brown it.

    Add red wine and reduce until alcohol evaporates.

    Add tomato paste and passata. Mix well.

    Add beef broth to maintain liquid level. Cover and simmer for 2-3 hours.
