Ingredients
  • Chicken piecescut on the bone
  • Grated onion
  • Fresh tomato puree
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Chopped coriander leaves
  • Red chilli powder
  • Turmeric powder
  • Cumin powder
  • Garam masala powder
  • Garlic paste
  • Ginger paste
  • Coriander powder
  • Cinnamon stick
  • Green cardamom
  • Cloves

    Heat oil in a non-stick pan.

    Add cinnamon, cloves, and green cardamom to the oil.

    Add grated onion and sauté until browned.

    Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder. Sauté for 1 minute.

    Add fresh tomato puree and salt. Cook until oil separates.

    Add chicken pieces and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.

    Add garam masala powder and mix. Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
