Prepare the crust with brown sugar and browned butter. Form a crust with a high edge and bake for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, cream four blocks of cream cheese on medium speed until well incorporated.

On low speed, add vanilla paste, spices, cornstarch, and a little bit of water until combined.

Mix in sour cream and half of the eggs, then add the rest of the eggs.
