  • Brown sugar
  • ButterBrowned
  • 4 blocks Cream cheese
  • Vanilla paste
  • Spices
  • Cornstarch
  • Sour cream
  • EggsAdded in two parts
  • Pumpkin puree

    Prepare the crust with brown sugar and browned butter. Form a crust with a high edge and bake for 10 minutes.

    In a bowl, cream four blocks of cream cheese on medium speed until well incorporated.

    On low speed, add vanilla paste, spices, cornstarch, and a little bit of water until combined.

    Mix in sour cream and half of the eggs, then add the rest of the eggs.

    Slowly mix in the pumpkin puree.

    Bake the cheesecake for 70 to 80 minutes with a tray of boiling water at the bottom for steam.
