Profiteroles with Chocolate Sauce and Chantilly Cream

- •150 g Plain flour

Preheat the oven.

Combine milk and water in a pan and bring to a boil slowly.

Add butter, caster sugar, and salt. Remove from heat.

Add flour and mix vigorously. Return to heat and cook until the mixture forms a ball.

Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Pipe the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.
