Ingredients
  • 125 ml Milk
  • 200 ml Water
  • Butter
  • Caster sugar
  • Salt
  • 150 g Plain flour
  • EggsAdd one at a time
  • Dark chocolate60-70% cocoa
  • Honey
  • Icing sugar
  • Vanilla

    Preheat the oven.

    Combine milk and water in a pan and bring to a boil slowly.

    Add butter, caster sugar, and salt. Remove from heat.

    Add flour and mix vigorously. Return to heat and cook until the mixture forms a ball.

    Cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

    Pipe the mixture onto a greased baking sheet.

    Bake for 18-20 minutes.

    Melt chocolate over simmering water, add butter and honey, and mix until smooth.
