- •4 tbsp Olive oil
- •Italian brandy(optional)or cognac
- •Tomato sauce
- •Cream
- •Salta pinch
- •Black peppera grind

Slice the onion thinly and set aside the parsley for garnish.

Remove skins from sausages, crumble them, and set aside.

Boil rigatoni pasta according to package instructions.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion until soft.

Add crumbled sausage to the pan and cook until browned.

Add a splash of Italian brandy or cognac and let it evaporate.

Add tomato sauce and cream to the pan, stir well.
