- •30 grams Evaporated milk
- •2 slices American cheesebroken up
- •28 grams Cheddar cheeseshredded
- •1 Hoagie rollor best looking roll from grocery store

Trim fat from steak and slice thinly.

Heat cast iron over low heat with peanut oil. Render beef fat and remove.

Dice onion and cook in beef fat with salt until translucent, about 10 minutes.

Slice steak across the grain as thin as possible.

Cook steak in cast iron with onions and salt over low heat.

Make cheese sauce: melt evaporated milk, American cheese, and cheddar in non-stick pan.
