Ingredients
  • 3 grams Beef dripping(optional)or lard or vegetable oil, per cup
  • MilkMixed with water to form a smooth paste
  • WaterMixed with milk to form a smooth paste

    Preheat the oven to 210°C (410°F) or gas mark 7.

    Place about 3 grams of beef dripping, lard, or vegetable oil in each cup of a 12-cup muffin tin.

    Put the muffin tin in the oven to heat up while mixing the batter.

    Mix milk and water gradually to form a smooth paste.

    Pour the batter into a jug for easy pouring.

    Carefully half fill each cup of the hot muffin tin with the batter.

    Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
