- •10 g Honey
- •4 sprigs Lime leaves
- •80 g Vegetable broth
- •White pepperto taste

Trim both the bottom and top of the savan onions and clean them.

Cut the onions in half and place them on a baking tray.

Drizzle honey on top of the onions.

Add lime leaves and vegetable broth.

Season with white pepper and salt.

Cover with parchment paper and foil, then bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.

Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut in half again, keeping one half whole.

Line a baking tin with parchment paper and layer the onion.

Drizzle cooking liquid on top, add butter cubes, and bake for another 30 minutes at 180°C.

Let cool completely in the fridge.
