  • 6 Leeksroughly chopped
  • 1 Onionroughly chopped
  • Celeryfor sauce
  • Tomato pastefor sauce
  • Cherry vinegarfor sauce
  • Red winefor sauce
  • Horseradishfor serving
  • Rosemaryfor flavoring
  • Garlicfor flavoring
  • Beef stockfor sauce
  • Chicken stockfor sauce

    Preheat the oven and season the beef prime rib with oil and salt.
