Ingredients
  • Pork loinfeeds fifteen people
  • Thymechopped
  • Rosemarychopped
  • Saltto taste
  • Black pepperto taste
  • Olive oiljust a little
  • 1/2 bottle Balsamic vinegar
  • 12 Garlic clovescut in half and smashed

    Score the pork loin skin and rub with chopped thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.

    Add a little olive oil to help the herbs stick to the pork.

    Brown the pork skin side down to caramelize the flavor.

    Pour half a bottle of balsamic vinegar over the pork in a tray.

    Add 12 smashed garlic cloves around the pork.
