  • 2 or 3 Garlic clovespureed or whole
  • 1 Habanero chili pepperpureed
  • Whole canned tomatoescrushed
  • Saltto taste
  • Olive oilto cover skillet bottom
  • Penne rigatecooked according to package instructions
  • Parsley(optional)for garnish

    Puree garlic and habanero chili pepper or keep garlic whole.

    Prepare tomatoes by removing seeds and crushing them.

    Cover skillet bottom with olive oil, add garlic and pepper puree, and sauté for about a minute.

    Add tomatoes to skillet and reduce sauce on medium-low heat for about 20 minutes.
