- •1 cup Cream
- •1 Red onionminced
- •100 g Pancettasliced into thin strips
- •1 tbsp Olive oil(optional)if needed
- •1 pinch Red pepper
- •1 cup Tomato

Boil the penne pasta until just shy of al dente.

Chop the pancetta into thin strips and mince the red onion.

Brown the pancetta in its own fat over medium heat. Add olive oil if needed.

Cook the onion until tender and translucent. Add a pinch of red pepper.

Deglaze with a shot of vodka.

Add tomato and salt to taste. Cook until combined.

Add cream and another shot of vodka. Mix well.
