Ingredients
  • Flour
  • Baking powder
  • CinnamonA nice touch
  • SaltPinch
  • Muscovado sugarRefined brown sugar
  • GranolaHalf for mixture, half for topping
  • PearsPeeled and sliced
  • 2 EggsWhole
  • Milk
  • ButterGently melted

    Mix flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

    Add Muscovado sugar and half of the granola. Mix well.

    Add sliced pears to the mixture.

    In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, and melted butter.

    Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold gently by hand.

    Spoon mixture into muffin cups, filling two-thirds full.

    Tap tray gently to even out the mixture.
