- •100 g Sugar
- •100 g Brown sugar
- •185 g Peanut buttercrunchy or smooth
- •1 Egg
- •1 tsp Vanilla extract(optional)
- •100 g Dry roasted peanutschopped
- •100 g Chocolate chips
- •200 g All-purpose flour
- •1 tsp Baking powder
- •1/2 tsp Baking sodaalso known as bicarbonate of soda

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).

Cream the butter and sugars together until smooth and creamy.

Add peanut butter and blend with the butter and sugar mixture.

Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.

Fold in the chopped peanuts and chocolate chips.

Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Fold into a sticky dough.

Chill the dough in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

Divide the dough into 16 pieces, roll into balls, and press into puck shapes.

Create a crosshatch pattern on each cookie with a fork.
