  • Muscovado sugar
  • Peanut butter
  • Butter
  • 1 Egg
  • MilkSplash
  • Vanilla seeds
  • Salt
  • Baking powder
  • Flour
  • Jam

    Combine Muscovado sugar, peanut butter, and butter until light and fluffy.

    Add egg, a splash of milk, vanilla seeds, and beat until smooth.

    Sift together salt, baking powder, and flour, then mix until combined.

    With floured hands, roll the dough into golf ball sizes, flatten, and create an indent with your finger.

    Fill each indent with half jam and half peanut butter.

    Place cookies on a tray lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
