  • 1 Red peppercharred
  • Guancialecooked until crispy
  • Tomatoesblended into sauce
  • Garlicremoved after cooking
  • Pastaspaghetto type

    Char the red pepper after oiling it.

    Prepare and blend the tomatoes.

    Cook the guanciale on medium-low heat until crispy and golden brown. Remove from heat.
