- •1/2 Unwaxed lemonzest only
- •Saltfor pasta water
- •Tagliatelleor spaghetti
- •Black pepperto taste
- •Extra virgin olive oilfor drizzling

Melt cheese bits slowly in a bowl over boiling water.

Boil water with a generous amount of salt.

Cook tagliatelle or spaghetti in boiling water.

Add asparagus to pasta two minutes before it's done.
