  • as needed Tagliatelle
  • as needed Sea salt
  • as needed Butter
  • as needed Black trufflesGrated or sliced
  • as needed Parmesan cheeseGrated
  • as needed NutmegGrated
  • as needed Lemon zest(optional)Optional, for garnish
  • as needed Black pepper(optional)To taste

    Boil water in a pan and add sea salt.

    Cook tagliatelle in the boiling water.

    In a separate pan, melt butter and add a little cooking water to create a creamy sauce.
