  • Pine nuts
  • Cocoa powderSweet, such as hot chocolate cocoa
  • Cinnamon
  • Nutmeg
  • Espresso powder(optional)
  • Black pepper(optional)To taste
  • 1 Orange zestGrated from one orange
  • ChocolateMelted using double boiler method
  • Honey
  • 1 tiny cup Coffee(optional)
  • Flour

    Combine walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, and pine nuts in a large bowl.

    Add cocoa powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, espresso powder, and black pepper to taste.

    Grate the zest of one orange into the mixture.

    Melt chocolate with honey and a tiny cup of coffee using a double boiler method.

    Pour the melted chocolate onto the nut mixture and mix well.
