- •50 grams Whole wheat flour
- •6 grams Salt
- •4 grams Yeast
- •175 grams Warm water
- •800 grams TomatoesCut into large chunks

- •15 grams Olive oil

Set a bowl over a scale and add bread flour, whole wheat flour, salt, yeast, and warm water. Mix until no dry flour remains.

Cover the bowl and let the dough rest for 15-20 minutes.

Cut tomatoes into large chunks and add to a saucepan with butter, olive oil, garlic, onion, and salt. Cook on low heat for 20 minutes.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it forms a tight ball. Let rise for another 30 minutes.

Stir the tomato sauce, remove the lid, and let it cook down. Blend with an immersion blender and adjust seasoning.

Preheat the oven to 450°F. Drizzle oil in a pizza pan, stretch the dough, and let it rest.

Top the dough with minced chilies, oregano, mozzarella cheese, and tomato sauce. Bake for 20 minutes.
