  • .5 pieces Bell pepperCut in thin strips
  • 1 bunch Celery leavesChiffonade
  • 2 pieces EggsHard-boiled
  • 2 pieces TomatoesFresh
  • 10 pieces OlivesBlack
  • 4 pieces Anchovy fillets(optional)Thinly chopped
  • 1 pieces OnionWhite, soaked in water
  • 1 loaf BreadSoft, thick
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper(optional)Ground
  • 1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Olive oilGood quality

    Prepare the dressing by mixing salt, black pepper, and chopped anchovy fillets with red wine vinegar. Dissolve well.

    Add olive oil to the vinegar mixture and shake well in a jar.

    Cut the bread in half and soak both halves with the dressing.

    Layer the sandwich with slices of tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, hard-boiled eggs, celery leaves, and olives.
