Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).

Prep potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet.

Bake potatoes for about 15 minutes.

While potatoes bake, cut up asparagus. Toss in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon-and-garlic seasoning.

Remove baking sheet from oven. Add asparagus to the sheet with the potatoes and mix together, leaving space for the cod.

Add cod to the baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and more lemon-and-garlic seasoning. Top with fresh lemon slices.

Bake for an additional 12 to 15 minutes, until cod is cooked through and flakes easily.
