  • Japanese miso paste
  • Fresh gingergrated
  • Dried shiitake mushroomssoaked in water
  • Soy sauce
  • 2 Eggspoached
  • Portobello mushroomsthinly sliced
  • Fresh medium egg noodles
  • Spinach
  • Spring onionschopped
