No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars

- •1/3 cup Almond flour
- •1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate

Line a 20x10cm loaf pan with parchment paper.

Combine 3/4 cup peanut butter, 6 pitted Medjool dates, 1/4 tsp vanilla, and 1/3 cup almond flour in a bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

Press the dough into the prepared pan evenly.

Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

Melt 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals.

Mix 2 Tbsp peanut butter with the melted chocolate and spread over the chilled base.
