  • 3/4 cup Peanut butterno sugar or fat added
  • 6 Medjool datespitted
  • 1/4 tsp Vanilla(optional)
  • 1/3 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 cup Semi-sweet chocolate
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut butterat room temperature

    Line a 20x10cm loaf pan with parchment paper.

    Combine 3/4 cup peanut butter, 6 pitted Medjool dates, 1/4 tsp vanilla, and 1/3 cup almond flour in a bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

    Press the dough into the prepared pan evenly.

    Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.

    Melt 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals.

    Mix 2 Tbsp peanut butter with the melted chocolate and spread over the chilled base.
