- •1/2 cup Buttermelted
- •4 blocks Cream cheesesoftened
- •1/3 cup Sour cream
- •1 tbsp Lemon juice

- •1 tbsp Vanilla extract

Combine graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar in a large bowl.

Drizzle in melted butter and stir until crumbs are moistened.

Press mixture into a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Freeze while preparing the filling.

In a stand mixer, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add sour cream and lemon juice, mix until combined.

Whisk cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
