Mini Apple Pies

- •1/2 cup Icing sugarAlso known as powdered sugar
- •1 tsp Orange zest

- •1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg

Add flour to a food processor or mix by hand.

Add cold butter and pulse until breadcrumb consistency.

Drizzle in beaten egg until dough forms.

Flatten dough, wrap, and refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Juice a lemon and dice apples, coating in lemon juice.

Melt sugar in a pan, add apples, and stir-fry.
