- •5 large Garlic cloves
- •1/4 cup Onionminced
- •1 Green onionwhite part minced, green part for garnish
- •2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- •1 tablespoon Mirincooking wine
- •1 tablespoon Rice syrup(optional)or sugar
- •1 tablespoon Sugar(optional)if not using rice syrup
- •1 tablespoon Honey
- •1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper

Mince the beef short ribs and tenderize them.

Prepare the seasoning sauce by mincing garlic, onion, and the white part of the green onion.

Mix the minced ingredients with soy sauce, mirin, rice syrup (or sugar), honey, ground black pepper, and sesame oil.
