Ingredients
  • 1 pound Beef short ribsminced
  • 5 large Garlic cloves
  • 1/4 cup Onionminced
  • 1 Green onionwhite part minced, green part for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Mirincooking wine
  • 1 tablespoon Rice syrup(optional)or sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar(optional)if not using rice syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil

    Mince the beef short ribs and tenderize them.

    Prepare the seasoning sauce by mincing garlic, onion, and the white part of the green onion.

    Mix the minced ingredients with soy sauce, mirin, rice syrup (or sugar), honey, ground black pepper, and sesame oil.

    Marinate the minced beef with the seasoning sauce.

    Broil the marinated beef for 10 minutes, then cook over high heat until the juice evaporates.
