Prepare the lamb chops by rubbing with chillies, coriander seeds, black pepper, sea salt, oregano, and bay leaves. Add a little olive oil.

Grill the lamb chops over a wood fire or charcoal until cooked to your liking.

Roast carrots and onions at 200°C with tinfoil until soft.

Add bay leaves, honey, orange, vinegar, and pistachios to the roasted vegetables and continue roasting until caramelized.

Prepare bulgar wheat by boiling and seasoning with lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
