  • 2 Mangoes
  • 1 tbsp Icing sugarfor dusting
  • Orange zestzest of one orange
  • Orange juicefreshly squeezed
  • Natural yogurtthick
  • Berriesmacerated

    Dust the fruits with a tablespoon of icing sugar.

    Zest an orange over the fruits and squeeze fresh orange juice over them.

    Let the fruits marinate to become macerated berries.

    Puree the mangoes and place a layer of mango puree at the bottom of each glass.

    Spoon a layer of thick natural yogurt over the mango puree.

    Alternate layers of mango puree and yogurt until the glass is full.
