Ingredients
  • 1 Lobstercooked and meat extracted
  • 2 cups Elbow macaronicooked
  • 100 g Butter
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 liter Milk
  • Cheddar cheesegrated
  • Parmesan cheesegrated
  • Mozzarella cheesegrated
  • Panko breadcrumbsfried in butter
  • Cherry tomatoesblistered
  • Chiveschopped
  • 2 Shallotsminced
  • 2 Garlic clovesminced
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepperfor spice

    Cook lobster in salted water: body for 3 minutes, claws for 5 minutes. Cool in ice water.

    Cook elbow macaroni for 5 minutes. Cool in ice water.

    Prepare cheese sauce: Melt butter, add flour, and whisk in milk gradually. Add grated cheeses and season with cayenne pepper.

    Fry panko breadcrumbs in butter until golden.
