- •1 liter Milk

Cook lobster in salted water: body for 3 minutes, claws for 5 minutes. Cool in ice water.

Cook elbow macaroni for 5 minutes. Cool in ice water.

Prepare cheese sauce: Melt butter, add flour, and whisk in milk gradually. Add grated cheeses and season with cayenne pepper.
