Leek Flatbreads with Ricotta and Lemon

Slice the leek lengthwise and chop it.

Sauté the leek in a pan with olive oil and butter until tender. Season with a pinch of seasoning.

Combine flour, a pinch of seasoning, and olive oil. Mix in the cooked leeks.
