Add ground lamb and salt to a mixing bowl.

Grate onion and garlic, chop parsley, and add to the bowl.

Mix in the pre-mixed spices: cumin, red chili powder, paprika, oregano, and cinnamon.

Mix the meat with hands for 2-3 minutes until cohesive.

Form the mixture into desired shapes and place on a griddle over medium heat.
