Korean-style Curry Rice (Ka-re Rice)

- •0.5 pound Pork loincut into small pieces
- •100 grams Curry powdermixed with water
- •2.5 cups Water

Peel and cube the potatoes. Cut the carrot into small pieces and chop the onion.

Cut the pork loin into small pieces.

Mix the curry powder with half a cup of water to form a thick mixture.

Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-high heat.

Add the pork to the pot and stir-fry until no longer pink.
