Ingredients
  • 2 medium-size Potatoespeeled and cubed
  • 1 Carrotcut into small pieces
  • 1 Onionchopped
  • 0.5 pound Pork loincut into small pieces
  • 100 grams Curry powdermixed with water
  • 2.5 cups Water
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter

    Peel and cube the potatoes. Cut the carrot into small pieces and chop the onion.

    Cut the pork loin into small pieces.

    Mix the curry powder with half a cup of water to form a thick mixture.

    Melt the butter in a large pot over medium-high heat.

    Add the pork to the pot and stir-fry until no longer pink.
