Ingredients
  • Ground beefCan substitute with pork or turkey
  • Silken tofuDiced into half-inch cubes
  • GingerMinced
  • GarlicMinced
  • Rice bran oilOr any neutral oil
  • Chili garlic sauce(optional)To taste
  • Mirin
  • Soy sauce
  • Sake
  • CornstarchMixed with water to form a slurry

    Heat the wok until smoking hot and add rice bran oil.
