Jambon Beurre Sandwich

- •100 g Salted butterHomemade or high-quality store-bought
- •200 g Cooked hamSlow-cooked, not cured
- •4 Cornichons(optional)Optional, for added acidity

Prepare the butter by blending heavy cream in a food processor until it separates into butter and buttermilk. Squeeze out excess buttermilk and add salt.

If desired, mix grated truffle into half of the butter to create truffle butter.

Prepare the baguette by slicing it in half lengthwise.

Spread a generous amount of salted butter on both halves of the baguette.

Layer the cooked ham evenly over the buttered baguette.
