Italian Tiramisù
A classic Italian dessert with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and mascarpone cream.

- •Savoiardi ladyfingersenough for two layers
- •Unsweetened cocoa powderfor topping

Brew three cups of coffee using long shots of espresso. Add sugar to taste and cool completely.

Prepare the pastry cream and fold in mascarpone cheese.

Butter the inside of a seven-inch ring and add granulated sugar.

Place the ring on a serving dish and wrap the edges with plastic wrap.

Dip ladyfingers top side down into the coffee, shake off excess, and place in the pan right side up.

Add half of the mascarpone custard as the next layer and spread evenly.

Add another layer of soaked savoiardi and the rest of the mascarpone custard.

Top with sifted unsweetened cocoa powder and chill in the fridge for at least two hours.
