  • several sprigs Fresh thymeLemon thyme used
  • 1 piece Fresh ginger(optional)Mince a little piece
  • 2 cloves GarlicMinced
  • Red peppercorns(optional)For color and flavor
  • Lemon zest(optional)A bit
  • Extra virgin olive oil(optional)Final drizzle

    Freeze cleaned anchovies for at least seven days to kill parasites.
