Italian-Inspired Stir Fry

- •2 lengths Hot Italian sausagesliced into pieces
- •1/4 Red onionthinly sliced
- •1 Green bell pepperthinly sliced
- •Asparaguschopped into chunks
- •3 Garlic clovescrushed and peeled
- •1 Calabrian chilisliced
- •Basilchiffonade for garnish
- •15 grams Olive oil
- •Saltto taste
- •20 cranks Black pepper
- •Parmesan Reggiano(optional)for garnish

Slice two lengths of hot Italian sausage into pieces.

Thinly slice the red onion, bell pepper, and chop the asparagus into chunks.

Crush three cloves of garlic and remove the peels. Slice a Calabrian chili and chiffonade some basil for garnish.

Place a wok or pan over high heat. Add 15 grams of olive oil until shimmering.

Add crushed garlic cloves and sliced Calabrian chili. Toss for 15 to 20 seconds.

Add sliced chicken sausage and cook for about three minutes to brown.

Move sausage to the side and add vegetables, salt, and black pepper. Stir fry for one to two minutes.

Turn off heat, add chiffonade basil, and stir to combine. Garnish with Parmesan Reggiano.
