Cut the squid into large pieces and the tentacles lengthwise. Cut the calamari into thick slices.

Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, and chili pepper until the oil is infused.

Add tomato puree and a pinch of salt. Cook the squid for 5 minutes, then add parsley and calamari. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add the whole fish and cook for 5 minutes without moving it.

Add monk fish or turbot and dog fish. Cook for another 5 minutes.

Add grouper and jumbo shrimp. Boil the soup for 30 minutes.
