Ingredients
  • Squidcut into large pieces
  • Calamaricut into thick slices
  • generous amount Olive oil
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 1/2 Onioncut into large pieces
  • 1 Red chili pepperhalved
  • Tomato puree
  • pinch Salt
  • pinch Flat leaf parsley
  • Whole fishsuch as monk fish, turbot, or dog fish
  • Grouper
  • Jumbo shrimp
  • Clamscleaned
  • Musselscleaned
  • handful Minced parsley

    Cut the squid into large pieces and the tentacles lengthwise. Cut the calamari into thick slices.

    Heat a generous amount of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic, onion, and chili pepper until the oil is infused.

    Add tomato puree and a pinch of salt. Cook the squid for 5 minutes, then add parsley and calamari. Cook for another 5 minutes.

    Add the whole fish and cook for 5 minutes without moving it.

    Add monk fish or turbot and dog fish. Cook for another 5 minutes.

    Add grouper and jumbo shrimp. Boil the soup for 30 minutes.
