Ingredients
  • 2 cups Rice flour
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Coconutgrated
  • 1 tsp Mustard seeds
  • 10 Curry leaves
  • 2 Green chilieschopped
  • 2 tbsp Oil

    In a bowl, mix rice flour and water to form a smooth batter.

    Add salt and grated coconut to the batter and mix well.

    In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds.

    Once the mustard seeds splutter, add curry leaves and chopped green chilies.

    Pour the tempering into the batter and mix thoroughly.

    Shape the batter into small balls.
