  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • SaltTo taste
  • Black pepperTo taste
  • 1 OnionFinely chopped
  • ButterA touch, plus extra for eggs
  • Baby spinachTo taste
  • 4 EggsWhisked
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • TurmericA touch, plus extra for yogurt
  • Naan breadOr any flatbread or wrap
  • 2 tablespoons YogurtFor dressing
  • MintChopped

    Heat oil in a pan and toast cumin and mustard seeds with salt and pepper.

    Add finely chopped onion and caramelize until golden.

    Add a touch of butter and baby spinach, cook until spinach is wilted, then set aside.

    Whisk eggs and add to a pan with butter and oil. Add garam masala and turmeric, cook scrambled eggs.
