- •1 cup Boiled riceUka Chael, soaked for 5-6 hours
- •1/2 cup Skinless black gramDuli Ur Dal, soaked for 5 hours
- •1/4 cup Short grain riceSoaked
- •1 teaspoon Fenugreek seedsSoaked
- •SaltAs per taste

Soak boiled rice, skinless black gram, short grain rice, and fenugreek seeds separately for 5-6 hours.

Drain and grind boiled rice to a fine paste, adding water as needed.

Mix both batters together thoroughly.
