Ingredients
  • 1 cup Boiled riceUka Chael, soaked for 5-6 hours
  • 1/2 cup Skinless black gramDuli Ur Dal, soaked for 5 hours
  • 1/4 cup Short grain riceSoaked
  • 1 teaspoon Fenugreek seedsSoaked
  • SaltAs per taste

    Soak boiled rice, skinless black gram, short grain rice, and fenugreek seeds separately for 5-6 hours.

    Drain and grind boiled rice to a fine paste, adding water as needed.

    Grind skinless black gram and short grain rice together to a fine paste, adding fenugreek seeds and water as needed.

    Mix both batters together thoroughly.

    Leave the batter to ferment in a warm place overnight.
