- •1 1/2 cups Buttermilk
- •1/4 cup White vinegar

- •1 cup Cornstarch
- •1 tsp Baking powder
- •2 tsp Garlic granules
- •2 tsp Onion granules
- •2 tsp PaprikaSweet or smoked
- •4 large Eggs
- •1 cup Honey
- •2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- •1 tsp Cayenne pepper
- •1/2 stick Unsalted butter

Marinate chicken tenders in buttermilk, white vinegar, hot sauce, grated garlic, coarse salt, and black pepper. Cover and refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours.

Prepare the breading by mixing flour, cornstarch, baking powder, garlic granules, onion granules, paprika, black pepper, and salt.

Prepare the egg wash by whisking eggs with remaining buttermilk, salt, and pepper.

Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture, then egg wash, then flour again. Let rest on a rack.

Heat oil to 375°F and fry chicken tenders for 3.5 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
