Hot Cross Buns: Fruit and Chocolate Versions

Mix warm milk, sugar, and egg (or extra milk if not using egg).

Add yeast and let it activate for 10 minutes.

Combine flour, salt, allspice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Mix dry ingredients with yeast mixture and olive oil.

Knead dough for 10 minutes.
