Ingredients
  • 240 ml Waterboiling
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 Eggsbeaten
  • 3 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp Yeast

    Bring 240 ml of water to a boil.

    Add butter, honey, rolled oats, and salt to a mixer bowl.

    Pour boiling water into the mixer bowl and mix for about a minute.

    Let the mixture cool to 40°C or below.

    Add beaten eggs and mix.

    Combine flour and yeast, then add to the bowl.

    Mix with a dough hook for 7 minutes.

    Oil a large bowl, transfer dough, and let it rise for 45 minutes.

    Grease a baking tin and prepare oiled cling film.

    Divide dough into 8 pieces, shape into balls, and place in the tin.

    Cover with oiled cling film and let rise for 45 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 180°C (355°F).

    Brush rolls with egg wash and sprinkle with rolled oats.
