Ingredients
  • 1 kilogram Flourall-purpose or 0 flour
  • 1 Eggwhole
  • Salta couple of pinches
  • Hot wateradded as needed
  • Olive oil(optional)a couple of drops for work surface

    Make a well in the center of the flour.

    Add one whole egg and a couple of pinches of salt to the flour.

    Add hot water as needed and knead the pasta until smooth and elastic.

    Let the pasta rest for at least 30 minutes.

    Roll out the pasta until it is 2 to 3 millimeters thick.

    Cut the pasta into thin strips and stretch each strip.

    Bring water to a boil and cook the pasta for about three minutes.
