Ingredients
  • Pettacured
  • 1 Chilifinely chopped with seeds
  • 1 clove Garliccrushed
  • 1 Onionsdiced
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 1 can Haro beanscanned
  • 2 cups Boiled potatoesleftover, mashed
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

    Fry petta in a hot pan until crispy.

    Add chopped chili and crushed garlic to the pan.

    Add diced onions and cook until soft.

    Add brown sugar and let it caramelize.

    Deglaze with cider vinegar and add Worcestershire sauce.
