  • Sweetcorn(optional)Fresh, frozen, or tinned
  • Green peppers(optional)Chopped
  • Red peppers(optional)Chopped
  • Yellow peppers(optional)Chopped
  • Tomatoes(optional)Sliced
  • Chili(optional)To taste
  • 2-3 tablespoons Olive oilOr any vegetable oil
  • Lime juice(optional)Or lemon juice
  • Herbs(optional)Soft green herbs like mint or dry herbs
  • Pineapple(optional)Fresh or tinned, sliced

    Prepare the sweetcorn by slicing it off the cob or draining if using tinned.
