- •2 Cumberland sausagessqueezed into mini meatballs
- •Olive oil(optional)or sunflower oil
- •Mixed herbs(optional)or oregano
- •2 Onionshalved and finely sliced
- •Jalapeños(optional)with vinegar from jar
- •500 grams Self-raising flour
- •250 millilitres Water
- •Salta good pinch
- •Cheddar cheesechunks or grated

Heat a pan on medium-high heat and add a little olive oil.

Squeeze the meat from the sausages into the pan to form mini meatballs.

Add mixed herbs to the pan and let them sizzle.

Add sliced onions to the pan and cook until they start to soften.

Pour some jalapeño vinegar into the pan and add jalapeños.

In a bowl, mix self-raising flour, water, and a pinch of salt to form a dough.

Spread the dough in the pan and cook on medium heat.

Add the sausage and onion mixture on top of the dough.

Sprinkle cheddar cheese over the top.

Cook on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes until a crust forms.
