Homemade Chocolate Cake

- •200 g Chocolate
- •200 g NutsHazelnuts, almonds, pecans, or cashew nuts
- •200 g Self-raising flour
- •200 ml Milk
- •200 g Sugar

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place 200g of nuts in a food processor and whiz them up.

Add 200g of chocolate, 200g of butter, 200g of self-raising flour, a pinch of salt, 200ml of milk, and 200g of sugar to the processor.

Blend all ingredients until smooth.

Prepare a baking tray with greaseproof paper or oil and flour to prevent sticking.

Pour the mixture into the prepared tray and spread evenly.

Bake in the middle of the oven for 18 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Optional: Grate additional chocolate on top and serve with yogurt.
